In 1968, Richard E. Gano founded TruCut Die Corporation, a tool & die manufacturer. Today TruCut remains in the Gano family, but has evolved into a world-class provider of products and services for out-of-production service parts for HVAC, white goods and outdoor power equipment OEMs.

When product lines are phased out, production volume drops dramatically. However, the former production machinery still requires the same floor space, maintenance and repairs.
TruCut offers fixed costs and a seamless transition from high volume to low for our clients, as well as reliable service for their end-users. Replacement parts are warehoused and distributed directly to customers under the OEM's labeling, usually the same day, ensuring brand loyalty. We do not work with third-party suppliers.

With four facilities totaling more than 380,000 square feet in Sebring, Salem, and Alliance, Ohio, and decades of experience serving OEMs large and small, we are uniquely qualified to provide customized programs for all of your service-parts needs.

Our Vision is to outsmart the conventional approach to low volume manufacturing and empower OEMs with the freedom to move forward.

Our Mission is to enable OEMs to concentrate on innovation and large-scale manufacturing by leveraging our trust and experience to manage low volume production, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution of service parts.
